Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in roadway and highway design.
Strong experience in geometric roadway design, profiles, cross-sections, and corridor modeling.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including alignments, surfaces, corridors, and quantity take-offs.
Experience preparing design drawings, reports, and construction-ready documentation.
Familiarity with international design standards (AASHTO, local or regional standards).
Ability to coordinate with traffic, drainage, utilities, and structural disciplines.
Experience supporting feasibility studies, detailed design, and value engineering is preferred.

1–3 years of experience in structural drafting or detailing (internship experience acceptable).

Ability to prepare reinforcement details for concrete structures (beams, slabs, columns, foundations).
Familiarity with structural drawings for buildings, retaining walls, and basic steel structures is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand structural design drawings and engineer instructions.
